GESY (General Healthcare System) is Cyprus's national health contribution, charged at 2.65% on dividends for non-dom residents. It is capped at 180,000 euros of annual income, a maximum of 4,770 euros a year, so the more you earn above the cap, the lower your effective rate becomes.

Illustrative estimate based on 2026 Cyprus tax rules for a resident company and a non-dom shareholder. Your exact rate depends on your structure, residency and income type. Your final structure is confirmed on a call.

Advice built around your structure

Your company, your holding structure and your residency, not a template that fits nobody.

One firm, the full range

Accounting, tax, audit, advisory and company administration under one roof, so nothing falls between advisers.

Compliance you can show an inspector

Filings on time, records that match the activity, and the paper trail that proves both.

You hear about changes before the deadline

When a rule moves, you get what it means for you and what to do, while there is still time to do it.

Both trained at Big4 firms. Both still do the work.
